A doctors office that keeps a clock on the wall when your appointment is 4 o'clock they call you back at 4 o'clock which is very unusual, Dr. Cap a good doctor good bedside manners would recommend

Dr visit was fine but was seemed brief and perhaps a bit rushed. Of particular concern is that my Aetna Medicare advantage plan calls for $0 copay for Dr visits and annual wellness check. I was charged $35 copay at the front desk which should be refunded to me.

I've been going to Dr capobiancos office for 4 years now and I like the staff and Dr's there so much, I pay out of pocket. I have health insurance they do not take, but I would rather pay then go find a new Dr.

Front desk may take a bit to warm up with you but they're EXTREMELY busy and very focused on getting you through. The actual nurse for us was A M A Z I N G! I think she read their 10 page intake form before she called us in. She knew EXACTLY what to ask. Placed orders for ongoing medicine my son depends on to live. Made all the referrals and, more unusual these days, never EVER rushed us out. Superior bed side manners to boot. Thank you, nurse Reilly.

I do not make appointments anymore I just drop in and I am taken care of. It’s a lot of work trying to make appointments and keep a s heft that does not fit my way of life and scheduling during the day. It’s all a big maze to try to keep up with anymore

Dr. Leo is the only doctor I have ever seen in Nevada since 2016. Been available to see me when I need to. His staff is great, fast and friendly. Sadly I visited him today and found out he no longer takes my insurance so going to look into changing my insurance or going to have to pay out of pocket. Coming from California and with the doctor shortage I would stay with him either way.
