I’ve had this NP, Rebecca Riley in the past and she is very dismissive, and overall seems like she’s too “cool” to be doing this as a job. I’m always left feeling like how I’m feeling is not a big deal or I’m overreacting. She does not have a lot of empathy.

When I arrived I gave my insurance info to a staff member. ONE HOUR LATER they returned and informed me they don’t take my insurance, and departed with “I hope you have a lovely day!” Such a huge lack of professionalism and. courtesy! I do NOT recommend!

It was a pleasant experience when I have a schedule appointment the staff is always very helpful in making sure that I am taken back in a reasonable amount of time not waiting to long to see the doctor, making sure that I am comfortable taking the test that they are required to administer before my seeing of the doctor and once he comes in, he’s just as pleasant as well, always with a warm smile and pleasantries
