It was strange. The person didn’t have any prior knowledge of why I was calling even though I was told by your staff that the call was mandatory before I rec’d a referral but she told me I was already referred and she didn’t know why I was calling.

They’re always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Sounds cliché…but they are!!!
Of course, Dr. Capobianco is also great…very attentive and caring too.
