However, upon returning the next day to the office to get blood work, I was standing at the front and for the most part was totally ignored. One the girls finally decided to ask me without so much ad a good morning "do you have an appointment " of courseno mention of sorry for the wait. Her attitude was totally unacceptable fro customer service standards. Dr. Capobianco is an outstanding Dr.but his front desk staff could use some serious customer service training.

Natalie is wonderful, caring, listen’s to what your concerns are etc.
I’m a veteran and I use Natalie because she on top of my issues and the VA just gives me the runaround.
If you are looking for outstanding NPT, she the one you want.

I’m very happy with the care I receive from Emily Beltran NP. She’s professional, extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my medical concerns. She spends adequate time during my appointments and has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend her.
I’m also very happy with the MA’s and staff at the Henderson location. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My overall experience has been very good.
