Seemed to be a quite busy day in the clinic, but have to say, everyone was pleasant and courteous. Finally met Dr C(have always been seen by Natalie and Rebecca, great practitioners), who was friendly and attentive. Once again a successful and productive visit

Wow! Rebecca listens and takes action on my behalf where others have failed. She gives me hope that there are still a few medical providers who treat with empathy. She cares about the totality of my problems, keeping in mind that I have multiple intertwining issues to consider in my treatment. Bravo!!

There was too many people at the place that were checking in and I felt like I was not able to get my concerns talked about or heard of. I guess i was only for the follow up but still it felt rushed and inadequate. I guess its been awhile since i seen a doctor. Honestly everyone was nice but I was not able to get my concerns heard of. Also they taken a blood test but I am not sure how I can see the test or what the results were.

I have been a patient of Dr. Leo Capobianco for 10+ years. Have always trusted him and his staff, I have always felt welcomed and assisted as a human being, my last two visits were the most amazing ones in this new office ever, I called yesterday to be seen for a worrisome issue, they fit me in same day with Valerie. Let me start with the MA Anh... She was the most compassionate, communicative and friendly MA I have experience in this office so far, she was concerned about my feelings on the issue and she was attentive to listen to what was going on without judgement... She was speedy and informative of what would come next. I do not remember the next Nurse practitioner's name, tall, glasses handsome gentleman, blonde and light eyes, he was phenomenal, more strict on his questions and continued to stay professional through the full process. Valerie was a light of energy! she was soooo understanding and did not make me feel wrong about my visit, she understood where my issue could be coming from, offered solutions, offered follow up call, offered accommodations to make my transition to wellness fairly quickly! - I have worked in the medical field in the past for more than 5 years, pediatrics, I can say this office is built to treat HUMANS and not numbers, the staff is being chosen correctly and effectively. I do have some feedback for the front desk. SMILE MORE, LISTEN MORE, BE MORE AWARE of your surroundings, people that are there are not coming to get their nails done, they are there because they are not feeling well and you are the front line to the practice, one bad experience, one no eye contact visit, one not so friendly interaction, could put in jeopardy a good review and the hard work that everyone in the background is doing, including the Drs. So choose your front people wisely, I do not like to give negative comments, I did not feel the front desk person that attended to me was listening as well even when I tried to be a helpful patient and anticipage the MA needs and get a sample before going in to make it easier on them :). She was nice, but she could have been better. Once again, ANH, VALERIE, VALERIE'S ASSISTANT ( I am so sorry how rude of me to not ask your name) - Dr. Capobianco, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! for being so amazing always and for making me feel like a true human being. I refer MANY people to this practice, referring two after my visit yesterday, I will continue to do so because I trust you all with my life.
