Everything was great. Reception was chaotic. My NP was very thorough and made sure I had meds in case I got worse over the holiday and didn’t have to go to the ER. I really appreciated that.

Disjointed office today. Maybe flu season is taking its toll. Waited over 20 minutes for very minor procedure. Valerie is good overall but you absolutely feel rushed. Staff didn't seem to know what had already been done while I waited. Hope my prescription went through.

The check in process was a little wonky, not streamlined until the one seasoned person was able to take control. The M.A.'s and the NP's are great.
