My husband and I met with Dr Capo and his team yesterday. They were all efficient and fantastic. Dr Capo told us that he actually answers the phone. So today, my husband was at the pharmacy and one of his Rx’s didn’t go thru, so I called and Dr Capo answered the phone and resent it (30 seconds). I can say he is definitely a man of his word. Natalie was great, as was the Medical Assistant. It felt like “Concierge” care. Very happy!

I loved the facility and I felt like Dr Gambill listened to my concern. I have struggled to find a doctor that truly listens to how I am feeling. She answered all my questions and was really nice from beginning to end.

I didn’t know what to expect as a new patient. It wd have been less stressful had I been told the process up front. Instead I waited then given paper work to complete, then waited some more. Everyone was pleasant, personable and efficient. The time between taking my weight etc was shorter than I’d ever experienced with most drs appointments; a good thing.

Everyone at Dr Center makes going to the doc’s more like visiting family than seeing my Doctor. Yet, the results are the same. I get great medical care & advice. It just isn’t the unpleasant experience I’ve had with other doctors’ offices. I think it’s great.
