Lacey Mills, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and a valued member of the team at Doctors Center at Red Rock in Las Vegas, Nevada. Lacey’s drive to ensure that all her patients receive the best possible care and her broad wealth of experience in surgical and emergency situations make her an important part of the medical team.

Lacey began her medical career in rural Thermopolis, Wyoming, at the young age of 16 and since then, she’s totaled nearly 20 years of experience as a nurse, including practice in surgical and intensive care units. Lacey received her degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, and her master’s degree in nursing at the Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky.

As an acute care registered nurse, Lacey spent three years on a medical-surgical unit, with charge nurse responsibilities, as well as three years in the nursery with newborn babies. Most recently, she spent nearly five years as a nurse in a neonatal intensive care unit. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Lacey’s excellence and dependability have been recognized and rewarded by her peers on multiple occasions. She’s been named the NICU Nurse of the Year, twice won the STAR award, and been nominated for the March of Dimes Nurse of the Year.

Lacey’s commitment to treating the ever-evolving needs of her patients gives her a holistic outlook on health, and she’s excited to care for patients at Doctors Center at Red Rock.
